把壓力化為動(dòng)力英語日記
我最近壓力很大，同時(shí)也在壓力的作用下，終于升到了25名，我們班有50個(gè)人，25只不過是一個(gè)中間分界線而已，我對壓力再次刷新了世界觀。
I've been under a lot of pressure recently。 At the same time， under the pressure， I finally got to the 25th place。 There are 50 people in our class。 25 is just a middle line。 I've renewed my world outlook on pressure。
一位哲人說過：“要想有所作為，要想過好更好的生活，只有必須面對一些常人所不能承受的壓力，你得向古羅馬的'角斗士一樣去勇敢的面對它戰(zhàn)勝它，這就是你必須走出的第一步。”
A philosopher once said： "to make a difference and want to live a better life， you have to face the pressure that ordinary people can't bear。 You have to face it bravely and defeat it like the gladiators of ancient Rome。 This is the first step you have to take。"
所以生活中最寶貴的東西不是安逸，而是適當(dāng)?shù)膲毫Υ螅笮⌒〉膲毫﹄m然可能讓我沒遭遇失敗，可會(huì)打擊我們的自信心，但它是我們成功最好的動(dòng)力。
Therefore， the most precious thing in life is not ease， but the appropriate pressure。 Although small pressure may not make me fail， it will hurt our self—confidence， but it is the best driving force for our success。
只要我們能用積極的行動(dòng)和態(tài)度去應(yīng)付壓力就可以發(fā)掘潛在的能力，讓人生變得更加美好。
As long as we can deal with the pressure with positive actions and attitudes， we can explore potential abilities and make life better。
因此壓力不是什么大不了的事情？關(guān)鍵是我們?nèi)绾稳ィ创趬毫γ媲埃赂业娜ッ鎸Γ褖毫癁閯?dòng)力，在壓力的不斷鞭策下，迫使自己不斷的前進(jìn)，壓力就成了成長的催化劑。
So stress is not a big deal？ The key is how we go， look at， face the pressure bravely， turn the pressure into power， under the constant stimulation of the pressure， force ourselves to move forward， and the pressure becomes the catalyst for growth。
微笑面對生活的壓力，我們就會(huì)變得更強(qiáng)大，從焦慮到安然，從平庸到成功。
Smile to face the pressure of life， we will become stronger， from anxiety to safety， from mediocrity to success。
