第一部分中國人學習英語的現狀
雖然中國有四億五千萬人曾經學過或正在學習英語，比美國人的人口還要多，但真正能用英語交流的人卻寥寥無幾。中國人辛勤耕耘英語十來年，付出了大量的時間，金錢，和精力，但結果還是聾啞英語，半吊子英語。
中國人有一個有趣的現象是學了十來年英語連打招呼都沒有過關，一見面還是：how are you ,fine，thank you ,and you, i’m fine too, thank you bye bye !!!如果外國人沒有說and you 中國人就會給外國人挑毛病，你錯了.我說你那個外國人同志啊，你怎么不說and you啊，你不說and you我就沒有辦法向下說啊，你只有說and you我才能說i’m fine too!!為什么我們全國打招呼都是一樣，因為我們使用是同一個教材，我們沒有選擇，要弱智大家一起弱智。講到打招呼，中國人還是比日本人好一點，大家都聽說過日本首相僧喜朗的故事吧，日本首相僧喜朗將要去美國訪問，日本的英語專家就教他，how are you , how are you , fine ,thank you,但是僧喜郎還是沒有記住，一見到克林頓，就脫口而出：who are you ?克林頓吃了一驚，心想日本人還挺有幽默感的，就說：我是西拉里的丈夫，僧喜郎就說：me too!!
日本人講的英語是最難聽的，thank you very much!都不會說......
每年中國人有上百萬大學畢業生
通過了國家的四級，六級考試，中國的大學生說：我這輩子英語算過關了，拿到了四級六級證書，他們到外資企業找工作，一進門，外國人問他的英語怎么樣，他們就會說，我的英語很好，這是我的四級證書，這是我的六級證書，外國人就說，“不要讓我看證書，你給我講兩句好不好，”我們的大學生就會說，不讓我說英語，你給我兩道最難的選擇題吧，我做選擇題很厲害，我保證能選對，我也最擅長用淘汰法a不對，b不知對不對c好象不對，d不對，一高興就選擇b，這叫自欺欺人.然后那個外國人就說，get out of here,你可以離開了，下一個.只會做選擇題的人終將被社會所淘汰。另外做選擇題最可怕是：一句話里有五個單詞我不會讀，有三個單詞意思都不懂，但是我能選對，因為前面有個to，那是動詞不定式的標志，后面一定要跟動詞原形!!或者是前面是had better，后面一定跟動詞原形，管它前面是什么。中國學生什么時候最激動，一聽說是常考題的時候，是不是，好激動啊，老師，多給幾個。我們想一想，用這樣的體系培養出來的學生能應付21世紀殘酷的商業競爭嗎，no!
說過中國的大學生，那么我們再講講中國的小孩子。
現在小孩子很幸福.從四歲就開始學英語，辛苦學了五年，花了幾千塊錢還是不行，基本上就會講兩個單詞banana ,apple今年我在大連培訓里的時候，有一位家長帶一個9歲的小孩來咨詢,這個孩子的媽媽一見到我，她就鼓勵他：快給張輝老師說幾句，這個小孩就跑到我的面前，對我說：張輝老師，what’s your name?這是不是有點象弱智恢復訓練：張輝，這是甚么，這是書吧。我問他還會甚么，他就說：i’m a boy.有沒有這樣的神經病，我看起來是男的實際上是女的。我們國家教英語這個句型教的最好了,student ,come here, let’s have a talk, what’s that ?然后學生就會說：teacher, i think, it’s a desk,老師會說：no ,it’s not a desk, it’s a chair..如果我們的老師都是這樣教英文，那真的是太荒唐了。
講過我們的大學生，小學生，那我們再講講我們可憐的成年人.
我們的成年人，大學畢業以后，在社會上混了幾年，感到21世紀也來臨了，中國也加入了wto，北京申奧也成功了，不學英語就趕不上潮流了，于是就買了很多的書，但基本上都是一樣的，看了第一本，聽了第一課，磁帶聽了第一盤，學了新概念，學.......最后又好象走回了老家，學完了一套又一套，不學對不起自己，學了又不知道結果如何.然后宣稱：，英語太難學，不學了，我不是學英語的料.你問他們最拿手的是什么，他們就會說，“what’s your name ,!!”
第二部分中國人為什么學不好英語
首先是中國人太愛面子了，中國人學習最怕丟臉，有一天在大街上看到外國人，心想我能外國說兩句就好了，可是兩條腿就是不向前去，我要是說錯了怎么辦，外國人會不會笑話我啊，我說錯了，那不是很丟人啊，那么多難堪啊。再說我很丑，又不溫柔，外國人會不會給我說啊�？墒谴藭r我要告訴你，你再丑也是最棒的，你再丑也是最有希望的。學習英語不需要面子，妹妹大膽的向前走，學習英語更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗話說“沒臉沒皮，所向無敵”。我就喜歡犯錯誤，喜歡丟人，哪兒人多我就到哪兒去丟人，記得我班同學說我是不是有點變態，我就說：i like my style ,so what?你必須熱愛犯錯誤，加油犯錯誤，爭取早一天把錯誤犯完。
其次，中國人學習英語有太多的抱怨。有的人說我基礎不好，我的記憶力差。我沒有語言天賦。是不是學好英語一定要有天賦呢，是不是一定要有天賦才能把英語才成學好呢，我舉一個簡單的例子.就象開車，就象游泳，就象彈鋼琴，如果你想成為一個游泳高手，應該怎么辦就應該跳進游泳池里拼命地游.中國人怎么做呢，中國人就會到書店里買了很多關于游泳方面的書how to swim，然后去參加培訓班，苦學十年拿到了游泳博士學位，然后充滿的信心跳進長江，結果跳下去就沒有了，最后連尸體都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，還有一個故事，一個游泳教練帶著五十個一個班的同學，學習練習游泳，每次上課的時候都是教練奮不顧身跳下去，大都在旁邊記筆記，老師游的很好，老師邊游邊說，記住喲，左手和右手的區別，記住要注意換氣啊，老師換氣原來是這么回事，老師真偉大，這象不象我們上課啊，同學們翻到第二頁，第二頁講的是enjoy doing sth，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。
再次，中國人的學習方法錯了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中國人的智慧都被浪費在“無聊的語法分析”、“枯燥的單詞記憶”、“自欺欺人的精讀課文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的練習和考試”上了!
中國人的語法學的最好，比美國的教授還厲害，但我們的英語水平連美國的五歲小孩都不如，你想想我們開始學喊爸爸，媽媽，叔叔，阿姨再見時，我們的爸媽是否這樣說，孩子爸爸，媽媽叔叔，阿姨都有是主語，再見是謂語。最可怕的是外國人回頭說了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外國人罵你，你還不知道，啊，那個外國人在表揚我啊。你想回罵一下外國人，還不知道用聲么時態。
另外中國還喜歡抱怨自己的單詞量不夠，總是把自己學不好英語歸根于自己的詞匯量不夠，自己的單詞少，其實，這是個很有趣的事情，你想美國的五歲的小孩子單詞量有中國的大學生的單詞多好，絕對沒有的，但中國的大學生卻沒有外國的五歲的小朋友說的好，為什么會這樣呢，因為你的練習不夠，而不是你的單詞量不夠。此時有的同學會說了我們是不是不要記單詞了，不是這樣的，我們反對孤立地記憶單詞，因為人腦不是電腦，大量的記也會大量地忘，那應該怎么記呢，我們應該用句子來記，舉了例子：在我們精讀課本上的：i’m looking for a temporary job ,so that i can save up some money to go traveling.如果你這句話你會說，還記不住temporary這個單詞，那我要告訴你，你可以回家了，你弱智。另外我們的記憶單詞的方法還有聽寫記憶法，篩選法，我后面再說。還的同學會說，我的記憶很好，我會記很多的單詞，但我就是不會說英語，但我要說，那些單詞是死單詞，你很快就會忘掉，再說，你不能一見老外，就說，sky ,people ,leg ,desk!!
我們在學課文的時候也挺好玩，同學們，我們現在開始學課文，同學們注意了，我們先講單詞，再講課文，最后講練習，這是非限制定語從句，這是主語，這是謂語，這是賓語補足語。這些自欺欺的課文分析，其實那些教英語的`老師有時自己也搞不明白。結果，我們學習精讀課文變成了一件苦差使，費時費力卻顆粒無收，而最后就變成了中國人會說英語的越來越少，會教英語的越來越多。
中國人特別喜歡做選擇題，看懂看不懂都沒有關系的，我照樣能選對。并且擅長用淘汰法，排除法�？蛇@樣做很可怕的在于。比如說你做選擇題的時候，有四個答案，我們把75%的時間在復習錯誤的答案，25%的時間在看正確的答案.結果離開教室回到家又沒有時間鞏固正確的答案。我問你一個簡單的問題你媽媽從培養你長大，有沒有說，孩子，正確的說法是這樣，另外娘再教你三個錯誤的說法.
我們很好玩，一天到晚整天在看那些是錯誤的，排掉一個印象深刻了一點，又排掉了一個印象又把錯誤記住了一點。再排掉一個又記住了一點，就是沒有看正確的.我們再說說閱讀，其實我們做閱讀題的時候，一般都是，飄飄然，昏昏然，不知所以然，所以我們閱讀題沒有幾個人真正完全能夠明白的，所以我們經常說閱讀是迷迷糊糊中蒙對的，聽力是在極度恐懼中冒對的。
第三部分中國人應該如何學習英語
那么我們中國人怎么學習英語呢，有的學生說我一學英語就頭痛，胳膊痛，腿痛,那肯定有問題，學英語應該頭痛才對，所以頭痛沒有用，眼痛沒有用，耳朵痛沒有用，嘴痛才有用，英語是說出來，不是寫出來，不是學出來，不是看出來的，看懂是騙人的，聽懂是騙人的，只有說出來才是自己.語言的境界就在于四個字，那就是“脫口而出”，如果不能脫口而出，那學英語干什么，一見面，you ,you is ,you am, you are!
語言本來是世界上最簡單的事情，語言本來應該屬于勞動人民的，語言是最不需要天賦的，語言本來是勞動人民的基本技能，但中國人卻把學習英語這樣一件簡單的事給搞復雜了。人為地把英語學習分為口語，聽力，語法，單詞，快速閱讀，慢速閱讀，寫作等等，你想想我奶奶沒有學過這些，卻說一口流利的中文，而我們學習了英語這些方面，可是最后我們還是沒有看到太多的希望.
所以此時大家應該明白這樣的一樣道理，英語不是學不出來的，就象讀完十本關于游泳方面的書照樣還不會游泳一樣。游泳是游出來的，鋼琴是彈出來的，汽車是開出來的，語言是說出來的，只有脫口而出，只有鍛造嘴巴才算是真正的學習語言。
另外學習的對象不應該是孤立的發音，單詞，語法，而應該是句子!!因為人和人交往的是最基本單位是句子，在句子中掌握發音是地道的發音，在句子中掌握的單詞是有生命力的單詞，在句子中掌握的語法是有用的語法。一旦以句子為中心，一切都變得很簡單自然。到頭來，學習英語不過是三個字：說句子。

如何突破發音
我們國家的那個發音是那個就不用我說了。，我們國家有三十多個省，每個省還有很多的市，據不完全統計，中國有三四百種口音，大家想想，學了十年英語，竟然發音沒有過關，如果你想想，你從小長到十歲，你的普通話發音硬是沒有過關，你媽媽會怎么說啊，我：我好命苦啊，我孩子弱智啊。大家反思一下，連發音都沒有過關，我們還學什么英語，發音不過關，口語就不過關，口語不過關，你的聽力就永遠不可能過關，因為你講的是中國式英語。一聽四六級的磁帶，怎么講的和我不一樣i prefer cold weather to hot weather.中國人發現一到英語角的時候，聽力就特別好，what’s your name ?my name is zhanghui,do you like english i like it very much ,我怎么都聽的懂喲。
