Unit 4 Where’s my schoolbag?
一. 教學(xué)內(nèi)容
本單元的主要內(nèi)容是談?wù)撐锲匪诘奈恢谩Mㄟ^這一話題,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫四項基本技能,讓學(xué)生通過詢問物品的位置,學(xué)習(xí)一些有關(guān)家居物品和學(xué)習(xí)用品的單詞,以及方位介詞in, on, under,等的用法;學(xué)習(xí)并掌握Where問句的問答,一般疑問句提問并用方位介詞來回答;學(xué)習(xí)名詞單復(fù)數(shù)及人稱代詞they 的用法,同時培養(yǎng)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成干凈、整潔、合理擺放物品的好習(xí)慣。
二. 教學(xué)目標
1.知識目標:A. 掌握有關(guān)物品的新單詞:table, bed,, bookcase, sofa, chair,desk , room,hat , radio, clock,, tape player, tape, model plane, etc;
B. 熟練運用in, on, under, 等介詞;
C. 熟練運用Where問句和一般疑問句及其回答;
D. 掌握名詞單復(fù)數(shù)及人稱代詞they的用法。
2.能力目標:A.學(xué)會用英語準確描述物品所在的位置;
B. 學(xué)會用英語詢問自己的或他人物品的具體位置;
C. 能夠合理地描述和設(shè)計房間。
3.情感目標:A. 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生整齊地擺放自己物品的生活習(xí)慣;
B.通過小組對話、討論、調(diào)查和設(shè)計等一系列的課堂活動,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作精神。
4.學(xué)習(xí)策略:A. 交際策略: 學(xué)會與他人合作交流,并能把語言材料用到真實的生活中去;
B.資源策略:學(xué)會利用一切可利用的學(xué)習(xí)資源,如詞典,音像資料,網(wǎng)絡(luò)等來獲取更多的學(xué)習(xí)信息;
C.認知能力:積極思考,及時反饋;
D.調(diào)控策略:在反思,頓悟和自醒中不斷調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)策略。
三. 教學(xué)重點、難點
1. 重點:A. 方位介詞: in, on, under, (add:behind, in front of, next to可以自己增或刪)等的用法;
B.Where 的特殊疑問句和一般疑問句:Is the… in/on/under the …?的肯定、否定回答;
C. 新單詞:table, bed,, bookcase, sofa, chair,desk , room,hat----
2. 難點:A. 能夠準確運用方位介詞描述物品所在的位置;
B.能夠運用Where問句找到物品的位置。
四. 教學(xué)方法
采用任務(wù)型語言教學(xué),實施情景教學(xué)法、交際法、情感激勵法等教學(xué)方法。

知識講解
1.—Where's my schoolbag?我的書包在哪里?
—It's under the table.在桌子下面。
★這是一個由疑問副詞Where引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句。where “在哪里、哪兒”,通常用來詢問某人或某物在什么地方。對于特殊疑問句,我們不能用“Yes”和“No”回答,而要用一個陳述句或短語來作出明確的回答。例如:
—Where's Tom?湯姆在哪兒?
—He is here.他在這兒。
2.介詞 on、in 和under
★1)on表示表面上的接觸,一個在另一個的上面,即“在……的上面”。
如:An apple is on the table.蘋果在桌子上。
Are his keys on the chair?他的鑰匙在椅子上嗎?
2)in表示“在……里”,無論在大的范圍內(nèi)還是在小的范圍內(nèi),都要用in。
如:—Where is your eraser?你的橡皮在哪里?
—It's in my pencil box.在我的鉛筆盒里。
The book is in your schoolbag.那本書在你的書包里。
3)under表示“在……下”,指在某物垂直的下方。
如:The baseball is under the desk.棒球在桌子下面。
A chair is under the tree.一把椅子在樹下。
★介詞短語是由“介詞+(冠詞)+名詞”組成的短語,有特定的意義,可以在句中作定語修飾名詞,也可以在句中作狀語修飾動詞。本單元出現(xiàn)的是作狀語的介詞短語。如:
on the desk/floor/wall/hill/tree/playground/bed/bike 在桌子/地板/墻/山/樹/操場/床/自行車上
★介詞表示方位時,不要忘掉系動詞“be”。

Step1 Revision
Show students 12 pictures .
Say:Look!Here are some people with different jobs. Please ask and answer their jobs and workplaces.
A:What does he /she do?
B:He/She is a/an……
A:Where does he/she work?
B:He/She works in/at a……
Get the students to have the conversations in pairs
Step2 Guessing Games
Show students 4 paragraphs .
Say :Now, please look at these 4 paragraphs. Try your best to guess , “what does he/she do ?”
Get the students to discuss first .Then express their ideas
Step3 Presentation
Say :Different people like different jobs .Different jobs can bring people different feelings .
For example: I'm a teacher, It's a busy but interesting job ,And I want to be a policewoman. I think it is kind of dangerous but very exciting
Ask a student ,“what do you want to be in the future ?”“And what about your father /mother /friend?”
Call one or two students to have conversations with the teacher
Step4 Pairwork
Talk about your family's jobs or your friend's job.
Get the students to ask and answer in pairs for 3minutes, then call 5 to 8 pairs to perform their conversations
Step5 Discussion
Show students 6 pictures .Talk :what can you see in Picture a/b…?
Or :Is that a doctor in Picture a/ b?
Discuss :What do you think of their jobs ?
Get the students to discuss first, then report their results .
eg :
We think the man in Picture a is a policeman .It is an exciting job ,but also a little dangerous
Or:He is a policeman ,It's an exciting but a little dangerous job

Step6 Listening
Say :Three students are talking about their futures.Let's listen to the tape with these questions.
