I am a sunny girl.I have lots of friends.We often chat with each other and I often say something make them happy.I am also helpful.I do everything in my power to help others.

Its my honor to speak here, and I am very glad to share my topic with you.Today Id like to talk something about good deeds.
In china, not only Lei Feng , who did lots of nice thingsdeserved the good pupils.While our common student, also can be a good pupil.There are many good things happeningaround us everyday.Sometimes, you may pick up good things accidentally .Now, let me tell you a small story.
On a weekend, my brother and I went to a bookstore.While walking, we heard a sudden noise.An uncle threw an empty coca cola bottle to the ground; people around him looked at him without saying anything.However, my brother could not bear it.He walked to the uncle and said that, "uncle, the dustbin is not far [fɑ:] from you, and I believe you can walk to it.“Suddenly, all the people stared at that uncle.Theuncle was very ashamed [???eimd] and picked it up quickly.Although my brother only did a very small thing, he taught that uncle a lesson.I think that he will never casually throw rubbish anymore.
There are a lot of beautiful things around us, such as, closing the open tap, helping the falling old people to stand up, and picking up the rubbish on the ground.Let us begin with the small thing and do it from me.And then everyone can become "living Lei Feng".

在我們中國，并不是像雷鋒這樣好事做了一火車的人才配得上當美德好少年。像我們這種平常人也可以當上美德好少年。身邊的美德故事不少，有時候在你不經意間就能發生美德故事。下面我就說說發生在身邊的一個小故事吧。
一個周末，我和哥哥一起去書店，走著走著，忽然聽到“哐”的一聲，一個叔叔把一個剛喝完的可樂瓶丟了出去。周邊的人看看他也沒說什么，可是哥哥忍不住了，走上前去說：“叔叔，垃圾桶不遠的，相信你走得動的。”街上的目光一下子都聚集到了那個叔叔身上，他的臉一下子紅到了耳根，馬上彎下腰去撿了起來。哥哥的`舉動好不起眼，但他無意中也教育了那位叔叔，我相信他以后不會再隨地丟垃圾了。

Hi.I’m Alex from Bei Jing No.80 middle school.It’s an honor for me to have this opportunity to share some of thoughts with all of you at this moment.
As we all know, Beijing has the opportunity to host the 2008 Summer Olympic Game.We have been waiting for years for this chance to show others around the world to our very home, and show them the combination of technology, history, and environment that we all cherish well.We’re pretty satisfied with our nationality, locally.But as I traveled to a few foreign countries, I realize that some children with Chinese backgrounds are unwilling or ashamed to be what they are, because of some unavoidable racism and racial discrimination.And some are just embarrassed because they have black hair, brown eyes and yellow skin; they think being like this makes them look ugly, some even wished that they were Caucasian.It’s a sad reality that these people really exist.So I realized that how important it is to make understanding between others and us.
So, what does racism have to do with the 2008 Olympics? As I have mentioned, it’s a chance.But it isn’t just a chance for us to go and show others our culture.It’s a chance for us to go and show some people who we really are, it’s a chance for us to go and show some people that if they can do it, we can do it, too.It’s a chance to let them change their view about us forever, and then they will know that no matter what race you are we are all the same, no race is more better then the other in any field.But this chance only comes for once in a lifetime; let’s not waste it.I don’t think anyone wants to wait for another fifty years; the future is now.So don’t stand there and wait, you have to run to it.Maybe things will happen during this marathon, but one thing is for sure, we will all make it.So let’s not lose faith.

Ladies and Gentlemen: I am really glad I could be with you today.Now the topic of my speech is Improving our PE system, Promoting the Olympic games spirit.
It is well know that the olympic games happened in Beijing successfully.China gained the winner and got the most champion gold medal.We all are proud of it.
Now the Nanjing youth olympic games is just around the corner.There is a crazy for Gold medal among the sports player.Even some students go back to the field for a good results.It seems that everyone is striving for them.
Why are gold medal so attractive? It can be explained by the comments of our nation and society.Our nation often evaluates a sports player on the basis of whether not the gold medal he or she get.Usually, the more medals one have, the more respects and opportunities one will have.gold medal are often regarded as a passport to personal advancement.
Not long ago, I got a news in the newspaper.It shocked me a lot.It was reported that the world university gymnastics champion Zhangshangwu was dropped to the street after release from prison.It was called “MAIYI”
How pathetic! how would it happened? so, so somewhere must be wrong.What IS theproblen actually?
Ladies and Gentlemen：the problem is our physical education system.The current system always encourage them to try their utmost to win the game.It doesn’t enable them to gain the real olmpic games spirit,the player who came out first are not necessary mean a real sportsman.I mean the “ real sportsman”.
Besides ,this system often drive the coach to cram a lot of awareness all the time.such as ,country groly,becoming famous and of course money.they are force to train those players become the MACHINES of making medals.
Something must be done to change our current our PE system.There should be some reasonable and encourageable measures to drive the person who are crazy about sports keep moving,pursue the extreme of our humanbeings.In a word,we should return back to the real Olympic games spirit: HIGHER, SWIFTER,and STRONGER! And that is what we should do at once!
