醫(yī)生和教師，兩個(gè)神圣而光榮的職業(yè)，兒時(shí)的我懷揣著這兩個(gè)理想難以取舍，如今我要感謝命運(yùn)的垂青，讓我從醫(yī)學(xué)院畢業(yè)后成為了一名教師，能夠魚(yú)與熊掌兼得。當(dāng)我第一次站在三尺講臺(tái)前，面對(duì)著一雙雙求知的眼睛的時(shí)候，神圣的使命感油然而生，我清楚的知道“師者，傳道授業(yè)解惑也”的深刻含義，韓愈將“傳道”放在了第一位，就是告訴我們作為一名優(yōu)秀的教師，首先要注重學(xué)生的人格培養(yǎng)，先育人而后才是教書(shū)，并不是照本宣科的將書(shū)面知識(shí)填鴨式的塞給學(xué)生就大功告成的。尤其是作為一名講授醫(yī)學(xué)課程的教師，我時(shí)刻把“健康所系，性命相托”的醫(yī)學(xué)生誓詞銘刻于心，這簡(jiǎn)單的八個(gè)字，把作為一名醫(yī)療工作者的責(zé)任表達(dá)的淋漓盡致，而我的職責(zé)，就是要培養(yǎng)出有醫(yī)德、有醫(yī)術(shù)、有責(zé)任感的“三有”人才。
青春是迷人的，許多人在青春光華里譜寫(xiě)了輝煌燦爛的人生，宋朝21歲的辛棄疾以“金戈鐵馬，氣吞萬(wàn)里如虎”的氣勢(shì)領(lǐng)兵抗金;周19歲時(shí)便寫(xiě)了氣壯山河的“大江歌罷掉頭東”，以表達(dá)把青春獻(xiàn)給祖國(guó)解放事業(yè)的決心;雷鋒同志19歲參軍，甘為革命的螺絲釘，無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)，全心全意為人民服務(wù)，年僅22歲就獻(xiàn)出了年輕的生命。他們是挺立潮頭的英雄，是永遠(yuǎn)不落的星辰，更是我心中的楷模。如果說(shuō)他們的時(shí)代距離我們有些遙遠(yuǎn)，如果說(shuō)他們都是特定歷史時(shí)期的“亂世英雄”，不足以體現(xiàn)新時(shí)代年輕人的精神思想的話，那么新形勢(shì)下的時(shí)代英雄，海軍大連艦艇學(xué)院政治系教授方永剛同志，他的先進(jìn)事跡，足以感動(dòng)我們每一個(gè)人。方永剛長(zhǎng)期從事政治理論教學(xué)和研究工作，二十多年來(lái)，他始終把學(xué)習(xí)研究共產(chǎn)黨的創(chuàng)新理論作為自己神圣的使命，堅(jiān)定、忘我、激情地工作著，甚至身患絕癥也不舍放下肩上的職責(zé)，他的風(fēng)范和品格顯示了一名共產(chǎn)黨員政治信仰的力量和優(yōu)秀教師的高尚境界。
“千江有水千江月，萬(wàn)里無(wú)云萬(wàn)里天”，我要把方永剛同志作為學(xué)習(xí)的楷模，褪盡浮華、開(kāi)闊胸懷、塑造人生的大氣象、思想的大境界。榜樣在前，見(jiàn)賢思齊，我將以高度的責(zé)任感和使命感，教書(shū)育人、為人師表、刻苦攀登、創(chuàng)新進(jìn)取，為醫(yī)學(xué)教育事業(yè)的改革和發(fā)展做出自己最大的貢獻(xiàn)。
奉獻(xiàn)是一種不求回報(bào)的給予，奉獻(xiàn)既是一種高尚的情操，也是一種平凡的精神;既包含著崇高的境界，也蘊(yùn)含著不同的層次。奉獻(xiàn)既表現(xiàn)在國(guó)家和人民需要的關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻挺身而出，慷慨赴義，也融會(huì)和滲透在日常的工作和生活中。有人說(shuō)：“教師的形象是蠟燭，為學(xué)生奉獻(xiàn)所有的光和熱;教師的性格是燃燒，為學(xué)生寧愿毀滅自己;教師的行為是楷模，為學(xué)生坦露著純潔和正直;教師的歡樂(lè)是奉獻(xiàn)，為學(xué)生熬盡了滿腔熱血�！遍L(zhǎng)路奉獻(xiàn)給遠(yuǎn)方，玫瑰奉獻(xiàn)給愛(ài)情;白云奉獻(xiàn)給草場(chǎng)，江河奉獻(xiàn)給海洋;而我的青春與熱情，要奉獻(xiàn)給我的學(xué)生，奉獻(xiàn)給我所摯愛(ài)的教育事業(yè)。
