1.我行(部)只對本證明書所指明期間內，被證明人在我行(部)償還貸款及利息、資金結算和執行結算紀律情況的真實性負責。我行(部)對本證明書所指明期間之前或之后上述情況發生的任何變化不承擔責任。
2.本證明書只用于前款特定用途，不得轉讓，不得作為擔保、融資等其他事項的證明。
3.本證明書為正本，只限送往證明接受人，涂改、復印無效。我行(部)對被證明人、證明書接受人運用本資信證明書產生的后果，不承擔任何法律責任。
4.本證明書經我行(部)負責人或授權代理人簽字并加蓋公章后方能生效。
5.本證明書包括中英文版本各一份，兩種文字有抵觸時，以中文文本為準。
6.本證明書適用中華人民共和國法律。
7.本證明書的解釋權歸我行(部)所有。

XX comapany is the unit which opens an account in my bank.The company always observes the rules of fund administration of our bank and our nation.It was regarded as the AA-clacredit enterprise .This company has the balance of RMB eight billion yuan by Nov.14th ,2003.Next there is no text.
Note:1.This qualification certificate can't be the gist of cession ,hypothecate ,financing or financing in disguised form.
2.This certifacate is original,which is sent to the company,invalid when alter or copy.
3.Commercial Bank of China will bring this text into effect from January 1st 2004.
